  2. The entry will be judged according to clarity, cohesiveness, value interest, and total impact.
  3. Bodivance team (from Marketing and Communications) will be the one to judge and pick one (1) winning entry.

  1. I love running for three reasons, first it helps me release all the stress brought by work and heartaches :) , second i get to meet new friends (and could also hunt for my better-half LOL), third, it gives me an opportunity to travel minus the shopping, just pure nature tripping and sight seeing.

  6. I love sports. simple as it is but a great deal for my body. i do basketball, badminton, bowling, and running. actually, i did my first pikermi (21km) run last NatGeo run. It was a great experience but, i felt a sudden pain in my knees. i finished it with 2:18 hrs but can do a sub2hrs if it wasnt for my aching knees. also recently, i fell in love with mountain climbing/trekking. it was really great body exercise and bonding with nature.
